1. Introduction
Welcome to Velocity Leads. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging with Velocity Leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Velocity Leads provides lead generation services specifically for the mortgage and insurance industries. The scope and specifics of our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or contract between you and Velocity Leads.
3. Client Obligations
- Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.
- Timely Communication: You agree to maintain timely and effective communication with Velocity Leads regarding any issues, changes, or updates relevant to the services provided.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement or contract.
- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the schedule specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Refunds: Refund policies, if any, will be detailed in the service agreement. Generally, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
5. Lead Quality and Delivery
- Lead Qualification: Velocity Leads strives to provide high-quality leads as per the qualification criteria agreed upon.
- Delivery: Leads will be delivered through our custom CRM or as otherwise agreed upon. It is the client's responsibility to utilize these leads effectively.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and methodologies used by Velocity Leads are the intellectual property of Velocity Leads. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for their intended purpose under the agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement. Velocity Leads reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activities.
10. Changes to Terms
Velocity Leads reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
